Short, friendly classes designed to get a room up and moving. We teach simple Lindy Hop partner classes, as well as fun group dances including the 1950s Stroll, Dean Collins Shim Sham and the Big Apple.

Every organiser knows the feeling: a beautiful room, a terrific band, and nobody quite willing to be first onto the dance floor.
The Swing Time Dance Company brings experienced swing dancers together to create a lively, authentic social dance floor from the start. Dancing with their partners and one another, our dancers bring movement, energy and atmosphere to the room — much as you would find at a genuine swing dance.
For events where you'd like the public to get involved too, we can add a simple ice-breaker class. It's relaxed, accessible and gives anyone who fancies joining in an easy introduction to the dance floor.
